Had Lars have a play with my tow vehicle to help with pulling my caravan. Whilst driving back to Hamilton isn't the best test of capabilities, I could notice the difference up inclines and from a stop. Getting up to speed is a breeze, there seems to be little to no delay throttle delay pulling out from roundabouts anymore, and funnily enough, the faults he found with the EGR seem to have been the cause of my Cruise Control not working! Expert knowledge about tuning and nice and friendly
I got my audi rs3 tuned through autoupgrades. Car was terrible to drive afterwards. Seems like the ecu and gearbox tune doesn't match because in drive the car would be in too high of a gear for the speed/rpm and car would be slow to speed up as it was way out of its power range. Car would sometimes delay in accelerate after downshift which can be dangerous. Car sounds horrible during shifting unless going at full noise. Does have great power in the top end. I took my campervan to Lars after being a little disappointed on its hill climbing abilities. Lars tuned the van and it now feels like it’s breathing properly. It pulls better and drives way better. The extra torque means it can pull up hills like a train. Super easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.
Very happy with the result. Lars is incredibly knowledgable and professional. The tune was great and my car has now more kick to it. I can hear the turbo now better and the fuel consumption seems to have improved. Highly recommend AutoUpgrades for your remap!
