DANGER DANGER DANGER! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! I thought I would give this business a try after purchasing a groupon for an oil change. I brought the car in, and initially the staff was friendly and courteous, but after the service, I drove the car away to go straight to work in Tampa, I began to notice that it seemed to jerk around a lot as I was driving, especially when I was going from a complete stop. I have been searching for a reliable car care specialist for a LONG time! I wanted exceptional service, personalized customer care, and a knowledgeable staff who truly cared about me and my car. DO NOT GO HERE! Went in for an oil change because I saw a groupon (first warning sign but was naive) and they didn't even change my oil filter, I'm not even sure if they changed the oil. Within days of leaving the establishment, oil started leaking all over the road and could have damaged my engine. Luckily my husband saw the oil leak and fixed it. The employees are either unprofessional/careless or it was a motive to get me to come back to spend more money. I urge you to NOT go to this establishment.

I also used a groupon and they did not change my oil filter either. It's a wonder they remain in business.
