Wonderful Auto Union are still servicing customers reliably, authentically and helpfully. Serviced my A3 Manual Hatch here (2011-2016), and were wonderful —on diagnosis, repair and cost. Auto Union completed the 120K S-Tronic transmission service on my 2012 Audi Q3 TDI this week. This was my first time with the Auto Union and I have nothing but praise for the team. Service was excellent, pricing for the work was considerably less than that quoted by my Audi dealer, top shelf oils used, car completed on time and they charged me almost $100 less than quoted as they "...completed the work a bit quicker than expected".
