I discovered this place last year and it is a gem! They are honest, well-priced and very accommodating which is refreshing when you have a car with high mileage like mine. Being greeted by name when you come to drop off the car is the icing on the cake! Highly recommend
Melvin and the team are the only guys I’d trust with my Audi R8 - super honest, transparent pricing and great ‘resourcefulness’ when sourcing parts. A lot of mechanics in the past are just trying to do unnecessary work just to get more cash, but Melvin really helps you understand why things need to be fixed and how to make your dollar go the furthest. Will be with Melvin for the long haul!!! Don’t bother with other dodgy shops.
Highly recommend the team and service at Auto Union. After several years of paying for Audi “genuine service” and not having underlying issues and concerns addressed, and being told problems “could not be replicated during service”, well low and behold the team at Auto Union sorted them out! Not only was the quality better than the “genuine service” but also the communication, logistics and value for money. Thanks guys, the SQ7 is driving really well, see you next service 👍
