What a scam! I went in on Friday to get a quote for tires, and we agreed on a specific price and brand, which I made sure to write down. But when I returned the next day for the installation, they put on a different, less expensive brand of tires. When I brought this up with the owner, he just said he forgot our agreement, even after I showed him the written proof.
