very bad customer service and the tires were not done properly as I can feel it through my steering wheel
Not recommended, very disappointing
Very disappointing experience. I paid $200 for a service and left with no confidence in the work done. The workshop did not provide any checklist of what was inspected, and when I asked about the fluids used, the staff couldn’t give me a clear answer and even confused the information. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, with no transparency at all. For the price paid, I expected professionalism and proper communication, but received neither. Really bad experience, the owner was rude to us after we did 2 services in there. He sent us to the supercheap to buy the same coolant and oil that they put in our cars and in the supercheap they told us that they’ve put everything wrong. We went back to ask for explanation and the owner behaved bad to us asking to not waste any more of his time. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
Any car issues I have they fix it at the best possible price. Not going anywhere else.
