I was referred here by a friend after a bad experience at my dealership and I have not looked back. The staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to explain things to a layman. They are not here to take advantage of you, but to explain and do the needful work for your car. I am very happy here and glad they are the ones looking after my car.
An honesty that’s uncommon at mechanic’s shops in my experience. On multiple occasions, they have not taken my money when they easily could have. On one occasion, they recommended a level of aftermarket part in line with my car and budget without me needing to ask. On another occasion, with a newer car, they recommended taking it to the dealership and trying to get a partial warranty because it was a part that shouldn’t be wearing right now.
