This place is AMAZING. If you want no-nonsense, excellent repair service, this is the place to go. I went for an oil change, but will definitely be coming here for any other repairs or services. The staff here are trustworthy, easy to communicate with, genuine, and overall great people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The desk guy and the main mechanic has so much attitude and are rude. It seems only groupon is bringing them customers. The other reviews are right - they don't have well trained mechanics and will end up damaging your car. They also lie about services and will not do half of the work. Stay away!
They always do a good job and they have GREAT communication, and I love their waiting area. They've always been very timely with their repairs.
I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received at Framingham Tire and Auto over the last few years. They are very honest and the prices for the services can’t be beat. The owner and his crew are awesome and they even have free coffee and snacks while you wait. I also like that they’ll do the work while you wait rather than having to drop the car off all day
