Took our 2020 Tiguan here for an oil change. They changed the oil but damaged the drain plug and didn’t replace it. Oil was profusely leaking upon getting home and left an oil mess in my garage. Good thing I caught it because my car would have been out of oil if it had gone the rest of the weekend. Took it to Valvoline had to have a new drain plug put on as well as top the oil off, since it was Saturday and by now the shop had closed until Monday. I would suggest the following: 1) On BMW's, the oil filter is spring loaded. Have the technician make sure the oil filter is loaded correctly. 2) When the brake light comes on, changing just the sensor is expensive if the brakes need to be replaced.
Framingham Tire had the least expensive oil change on Groupon, so I traveled about 10 miles to the shop. I had an 8:00am appointment and the door clicked open for business exactly at 8:00. They had my keys and swung the car into the shop bay by 8:03 - and I was out of there by 8:40. The customer space is unbelievable - massage chairs (like you see in airports), many kinds of complementary snacks and drinks, a dart board, and cool car-parts turned into furniture. I had my rear brakes replaced at Framingham Tire & Auto. They provided efficient service, nice waiting area with snacks, coffee, etc. Prices are reasonable, scheduling service is easy. I would recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs.
