Not sure bout neg reviews i believe its from there trucking company tied into together. (disgruntled Drivers) but the body shop is seperated. From the first phone call, till i picked up the truck it was an absolute pleasure, best customer service, constant updates about work being performed. Body shop did a tremendous job repairing my car after a collision with a deer!
My experience here, boy they sure fooled me, I had an accident August 26, 2025 and they're safety team had me to lie to the cops about the accident saying that they were going to have a mechanic fix my truck at the scene, so they wouldn't be reported as a DOT regulated accident, and it is hard telling what else they have other people lie for them about, Alex in safety sure made me lie, and then they sure took care of my driving career, bunch of liars is what they are. Auto Truck & Fiberglass has done amazing work on my vehicle! I hit an animal, and they got my car in quickly. The work was done so quick and fast. The customer service was amazing, and they made me feel like an important customer. They updated me every step of the way, and were very helpful with everything. The quality was amazing, and you would have never known what happened to my car! I will always come here for my auto body needs.
