First of all I BEFORE I bought my 2016 Juke, I had 2 concerns: drivers side window did not work and neither did the sound system. I went back the next day with check in hand and was assured that both were fixed. That's when ALL Customer Service went down the toilet. I asked where the car was taken because the sound system was not fixed. Should have been an easy fix, went to have sunroof glass replaced, which they did, but they also tore the fabric on the inside of the sunroof when they tested to see if it was working fine. It was after the fact that they wanted to charge an additional $800.00 to get at the glass they couldn't reach. Tried to get them to fix, no use, owner won't return my calls. I guess I'd be crazy to think that if they fix it there wouldn't be any other additional damage.

We had a sunroof installed in our new '08 Camry. We chose a twin-vent, double glass model, and WOW!. When it was done, it looked just like it came with the car. Only it has even more features than the factory installed one. I was Very, very nervous about having the hole cut in my car, but 2 Toyota dealers I talked to both said they use Auto Trim Design, so after talking to them, I decided to go for it. I absolutely LOVE IT! If you like the sun, like I do, then this is the place to go.
