Horrible customer service. Made an appointment to get some mudflaps installed from TSO Manufacturing. (Which also has install instructions online)-when arrived the guy was instantly rude, I then asked if we could upgrade the mounting hardware to some grade or stainless. My experience with auto trim design is that they value you as the customer. They talked me through all the options for tonneau covers and the pros and cons of each. They focused on my individual needs and didn't try pushing me in a certain direction. After order was placed they were apologetic for any delays and made certain my service was fast and efficient when part arrived. The prices were great even when compared to online. I would highly recommend auto trim design for those seeking great service and competitive pricing!
I asked to have a bumper installed on my 23 Tundra. Told over the phone “ we do that all the time.” Paid $2500 for the bumper. It was shipped. Called to install, told we don’t feel comfortable doing that. Bye. Negative stars if possible
