I contacted Laine about a difficult window tint removal job that I honestly thought was going to be a nightmare. Laine handled it perfectly and removed every bit of it without damaging the glass or defroster lines. He was up front about the challenge and gave a clear explanation of the process while finishing in a reasonable amount of time.
