Laine, the owner of Auto Trim Design, is amazing! I had my car’s window tint installed over 11 years ago, and it lasted more than a decade before the tint on my rear window finally started to bubble. The best part is that I still had my warranty, and Laine stood behind his work and replaced the tint at no cost to me! My other windows are still going strong after all these years — it was only the rear window that needed to be replaced. I’m extremely impressed with the quality and longevity of the tint and, most importantly, t... read more
I've gotten 2 cars tinted by this shop; I'll keep returning because it's the best all around. Laine is punctual, efficient, and does precise work. His tints last the life of the car. I just sold a 13 yr old Prius with tint he did and it looked like new; never have seen bubbling or color change with his tints. The 3M tint films he uses have a great warranty too. The tint protects your car from the sun as well as offering some theft deterrence. Highly recommend.
I called 8 different places to get estimates on tint for my kia. Laine stood out immediately, not just in terms of pricing, but also in stellar customer service! He made sure to understand exactly what i was needing and i ended up booking right then and there because he was very informative and helpful. I dropped off my car at 8:30 and picked it up at 1:30. The process was very quick and the quality of the tint was stellar! He did amazing work and I am so grateful for him! I would recommend Auto Trim Design to anyone who loo... read more
Needed to replace the tint on my wife's diver side car window as it got damaged. Laine was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous the entire way through. I really appreciate how much passion and care in ensuring his customers know all the nuances about window tinting before finalizing my purchase. Extremely satisfied to get my job done here. Took a chance on a local business and glad that I did. Will come again whenever I need a new tint job!
I rarely write reviews unless a place leaves a really strong impression on me, and this shop is definitely one of them. My roommate recommended it at first, and I initially thought it was just because it’s close to home. But once I went there, I realized the service was unbelievably good. The owner is very kind and really pays attention to details, even taking the time to explain everything to you. The window tinting work is also excellent. Before, when driving on sunny days, one side of my face would get really hot, but now... read more
