They hold info, work , and even the brand of paper of Your choice used. But if You do not have any proof, other than their system, a card or paper receipt You can forget about warranty work. Their workers are sloppy. The paper peeled from less than decent work done by the tech. I contacted ATD to meet with my Broker at Sarasota Signature Real Estate when we were stood up by Sign Zoo. Mark came to our office and surveyed the truck and got an idea for what my Broker and his business partner were looking for. I then sent him a picture of a rough idea of what we had in mind. Both time when I came in the staff were *too indisposed* with their own gossip amongst themselves to even ask me what I wanted to purchase! Twice-in-a-row is NOT coincidence - it is terrible management of employees. There are businesses out there that *welcome* customers- skip this one!
