I originally booked an open transport from Indiana to Oregon for a new SUV at a quoted price of $2,000. I then upgraded to enclosed transport for an additional $650, which I paid up front. After 8–10 days without a driver being assigned, Melanie—who was always friendly and very responsive—suggested switching back to open transport because there simply weren’t as many enclosed carriers available. I had booked a couple of enclosed transports with Melanie Van Nortwick. However, it was taking a long time for a transport to pick up the job. I finally decided to go with an open transport which was $300 dollars cheaper. A transport did pick this job up. When I asked for the $300 dollar refund, it was taking a very long time. When I inquired I was told they would ACH back to my account. However, I noticed they instead withdrew another 300 from my account. Now they owed me 600 dollars.
