I could not be happier with how Matt helped me through a delay in receiving my car. The truck pulling the trailer had an issue and my delivery date was delayed by a few days. Even though it was during the weekend, Matt graciously answered my call and assured me my car would be safe and arrive as expected. He gave me the peace of mind I needed throughout the ordeal. The car is in fantastic condition and I am very grateful for him taking his personal time to communicate with me.

First, the driver damaged the bumper, grille, and headlight. Then, at the very end, while unloading the vehicle from the trailer, he hit the bumper again and completely tore everything off. Never use this transport company! Never!
sent a few dozen orders for auto transport, and most turned out fine. twice, Phil Bryson ghosted me after accepting the orders and i had no idea whether my vehicles were picked up or not. no choice but to cut them off as an option due to spotty communication and inconsistent service. cannot recommend.
Leaving you my reviews only to take your attention on it. will delete after the response dont put "2025 mix mix" on central. put "2025 sedan midsize" "2025 large suv" and etc. you will not post car and model. but still will give more than enough info for dispatchers
