Had a friend of mine recommend ATR to me for a transmission issue I was having, I called and they set me a drop off date in which took it to them and he said he really couldn’t give an repair estimate untill they checked it out. I was at the mercy of them after that not knowing how much it would hit me for. They called me a little later and found issue and it was a fairly easy repair. Great group of people and a very fair price for the service that was received! I want to thank Ms. Christina, Mike and the workers at ATR! Thank you for taking care of the Pontiac G6 Shifter Bushing! Thank you all!
Don’t know about the mechanics part yet just dropped the car off, but Christina’s customer service is far above any shop in Shreveport or Bossier and I have been to several mechanic shops.please see Kristina if your having any transmission service!!!
This transmission shop is awesome. I was to the conclusion that I gonna need a new or rebuilt transmission. Christina and her crew found the issue and saved me alot of money. They are super nice and very helpful. I will use them as long as I need transmission work done. I will be recommending them to everybody that needs transmission work done. Thank you again Christina and crew!
Called to ask about some stuff going on with my truck after some work was done wanted a second opinion and was planning to bring the truck to them the lady was extremely rude and even though I was being nice and respectful she hung up in my face thats really bad customer service I will not bring my truck to them at all ill take my business elsewhere if they are that way just over the phone
