My 16 year old son bought what he was told was a rebuilt transmission. But in fact it wasn't not at all. He has tried to communicate with Tracey several times and was then told by Tracey that he would rebuild his old one. And was told three times it would be done in a week. Three weeks later he has the original junk transmission he paid 300.00 for. And now his phone calls are ignored. I hope your proud to run your business this way.
This shop is very thorough and efficent.The staff is friendly and helpful. Repairs are done in a timely manner.if it's not right they make it right .cheapest repairs in town.I would recommend this shop to everyone ...
Not impressed rebuilt my transmission messed it up so had yo rebuild a different one took 4 months to get it back and it dont have a pan gasket or filter in it. The torque converter bolt holes are messed up as well... i had to make several trips to his shop to find out what was going on because he would not return my pho e calls.. and every time he would tell me it will be done Thursday. It will be done tomorrow. And it never would be done there was always an excuse with this guy... pretty much $1500 waisted.
