The buying process was very easy and straightforward. Our salesperson, Keven, was low pressure and accommodating. He was also well informed on the vehicle we were buying. All in all, we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted at an agreeable deal with no games or excess fees being stacked on. The whole process was pretty quick too. I definitely felt comfortable and not stressed throughout.
Actually I wouldn't even give this place one star. My mom had the 95 Buick Regal that I have now, they were always screwing things up and breaking things when they would work on it and she would have to take it back in. They left a wrenc under the hood one time which caused the hood to misalign and she had to take it back to have that repaired. They billed her for a coolant flush they actually did not do. They lifted the vehicle on a point on the frame that bent the mounting area for the front fender so the fender stuck out ... read more
