Really nice people who work at this title bureau. In and out like clock work!!
Go on Mondays. It's always empty inside on Mondays and you'll get service right away
Easy to park and helpful, the line on a Thursday before lunch was reasonable and the staff friendly. I was helped after a reasonable wait and then hoppes over to the nearby BMV license plates building across the parking lot. The license building had a shorter wait but was a bit noisy from the speaker automatic announcer and my dim ears didn't hear the assistant as well as I'd have liked. Fast and courteous service.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to this location several times over the past few weeks and have gotten different answers every time. No one seems to have consistent or accurate information. The bald man I spoke with would not even let me explain where I was in the title transfer process. He repeatedly cut me off and gave me incorrect information.
