After having a crazy day and running out of gas, I picked up a roofing nail and by the time I made it to the tire shop I was completely deflated I had an appointment at 6 o’clock and was prepared to take an Uber but this team amazed me by replacing my tire and having me back on the road in time for my appointment and saved my real estate contract. Pleasant professional, efficient!
if you want amazing customer service and cute boys to work on your car, go see my boy Josh. Fixed a problem from months ago! Baymax, my Forerunner, had tires replaed. Josh kept me informed and up to date about when he would be ready. When I picked him up, he was complete with popcorn and candy! Definitely earned a lifelong customer.

Josh and his team stayed late to help me with a tire repair. I will only come to this Goodyear from now on. The “other place” at 19 and Alt 19 is where I had always gone before. I got to the “other place” at 5:45pm and they sent me packing, stating they closed at 6pm. I went to Goodyear and Josh and his team took me in just before they closed and without question, fixed my tire, at closing time, and when I went to pay .... they did it for FREE!!! Brought my car in due to a flat tire they patched it for free within the allotted time that they said. They are very nice there.
