We were at hotel and came out to a flat tire. They came to us, sold us a used tire and changed the tire all after hours for 1/2 of what it would have cost us to be towed!
These guys were amazing! They are resourceful and checked every auto parts store in the area to get us a part and get us back on our trip. They gave us a super fair price!!!! They charged us $300 on something our mechanic said might cost a bit more and so we tipped them extra! Awesome awesome guys! Slightly hard to understand on the phone but they will take good care of you!
I could not be more thankful for this buisiness. It was 8:00pm on Saturday night. My alternator went out in Hays with a 1 year old baby in the back seat and work on Monday. Everything was closed and would stay closed on Sunday. Except... Auto & Tire master was... OPEN?!?!? I called and Jesus Madrigal picked up the phone. Not sure even where to start with these awesome guys !!!! I broke down on I70 and got towed to here at 9:30 on a Friday night - they were all still working and worked until 10:30 that night !! I was stranded with no place to really go that late and they let me sleep in my van in the parking lot , it was to get down to low 20’s so they even let me borrow a heater to put in my van to stay nice and warm !!
