I could not be more thankful for this buisiness. It was 8:00pm on Saturday night. My alternator went out in Hays with a 1 year old baby in the back seat and work on Monday. Everything was closed and would stay closed on Sunday. Except... Auto & Tire master was... OPEN?!?!? I called and Jesus Madrigal picked up the phone. Not sure even where to start with these awesome guys !!!! I broke down on I70 and got towed to here at 9:30 on a Friday night - they were all still working and worked until 10:30 that night !! I was stranded with no place to really go that late and they let me sleep in my van in the parking lot , it was to get down to low 20’s so they even let me borrow a heater to put in my van to stay nice and warm !! Limped into Hays on a flat tire. It was after typical business hours. Thankfully Jesús and his team were had the tires I needed! They got me back on the road fast. They were fast, thorough, kind, and trustworthy. Thank you A&T and Jesús!
We have stopped here several times for tires. Every single stop is a success, timely and affordable! I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of an honest mechanic or need tires replaced or fixed.
Nicest, most communicative, knowledgeable, and honest mechanic I’ve run across in a while. Driving cross country on a Saturday, my wheels were making a lot of noise and had some red dust on my tire. He checked everything out took my wheels off check the rotors, calipers, and bearings. Also checked my belts and fluids. Everything looked good, rotor is breaking in, so he just cleaned it off really well to help with the noise and quickly sent me on my way with peace of mind for $50. Highly recommend.
