This person that left one star in reviews must be a mistake… Im dealing with Richard for over 10years now with all of our family cars and never had a smallest issue with anything- ever. Also, for all that time, on multiple occasions with other people and cases when other shops could not determine or fix the problem Richard managed to resolve it - all. If you are looking for a smily face at car repair shop go somewhere else, but if you looking at the real german cars specialist this is your guy.
