Dropped off the car for work earlier in the week. Really appreciate the attention to detail. Roger called me to note a few things that they noted on my car that I wasn't aware of. This allowed me to approve them working on the other items as opposed to finding out after the fact that there was still additional things needing to be done or worse having the work done without me approving it and just adding it to the bill.
