I’m giving two stars. I brought my car here to replace the windows after they were broken during an attempted robbery. The replacement was fine, but it took two days, and they left my car parked on the street overnight with no windows. Glass cleanup was included, but it was poorly done—I still found glass in the seats and on the floor.

A few years ago my car would not start after a hair appointment on a rainy day. I walked into Auto Tecx Collision and Repair hoping someone could help. They immediately came out, got my car started, and would not accept any payment. I have never forgotten their kindness. I have not used them for repairs, but based on that experience alone I highly recommend them.
I had to bring my vehicle to Auto Tecx Collision & Repair after another body shop failed to repair it properly. A trusted mechanic referred me to Auto Tecx, and I’m very glad he did. I called and spoke with Jackie, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She was able to get me in the very same day. When I arrived, she welcomed me and had Francisco inspect my vehicle.
