No consideration for people's time. Was told to come tomorrow morning for repair. Dropped my car off at 9am, was told it'll take 2 hours. I leave for an appointment and call back 1:30pm only to be told my car wasn't be touched and won't be ready until day after tomorrow. Since tomorrow is a holiday. Why tell me to bring my car tomorrow morning only to let it sir in your shop all day doing nothing? And I live 30 minutes drive away. Very unprofessional.
We were stranded with two flat tires. This team came within one half hour of our call, took off the damage and brought and mounted new tires . We were off to complete our work for the day within 1.5 hours. Definitely grateful for the Auto Technic team. An outstanding group. Efficient, excellent, excellent work. Thank you.
