I broke the front bumper of my dad’s TRD off and my boyfriend took me here and Matthew fixed it. There was literally sign of breakage afterwards. Matthew saved my life that day and I will forever thank him. He’s also done my oil change and gets the work done efficiently. Love this place with all my heart.

I went to the shop because I had a brake light on my dashboard. He said I have to replace my rear brake pads and recommended replacing my front brake pads too. Just before doing that I thought I will go to BRAKE CHECK and check if brake pads are the problem. They found out that the problem was a loose cable for Electronic parking brake. They tightened the connection and my car was good to go.
Its so hard to find a shop that you can trust nowadays. I’ve been going yo this shop for many years and I confidently say I never been overcharged and never had any issues with customer service and repairs. Im a happy client and I highly recommend Auto Tech on Richmond!
