Reasonable Prices and Service Quality, But a Longer Wait. My friend had been going to this repair facility for many years before he moved away from this area, and he had always had great things to say about them. Therefore, I had been there several times myself as well. In my personal experience, the people there were not particularly friendly to me, but they indeed treated "loyal" customers very nicely. First Class Service, Impeccable Work I have been a customer of Ralph's (Auto Tech) for 9 years now. He got me hooked by doing exactly what he advertised in the time span he specified. I've taken my car to places where they seemed like they were in fast forward - they wanted to get cars in and out as quickly as possible to maximize revenue. Good, reliable service I have been going to Ralph's since 1981, 30 years now. Ralph Sr. has always been a pleasure to work with. Always honest. Always competent. Always willing to go the extra mile. Excellent value, quality work I have been using Autotech for probably 20 years, and began based on a recommendation from my neighbor. I have ALWAYs been pleased with the honesty, quality of work and fair pricing.
