Lee is just an amazing mechanic and a great person. He knows his trade quite well and works on cars from any make without having an issue.
When I say this man is a godsend I mean it I came in with a busted engine needed a full engine replacement. I recently had the pleasure of working with Auto Tech Lee, and I can’t say enough about their outstanding service and professionalism. While my car was being serviced nearby, I walked over to ask them a question about an issue I was experiencing. yelling at my husband and arguing with him when you did UNAUTHORIZED work on our car and expected us to pay for it, is very unprofessional. we did not ask for an oil change, and if you thought we needed one then you speak with us first expressing your concerns about the car and checking if it’s okay with us before you apply your work would have been a better approach. i really wanted to trust that the car would get fixed with care but that wasn’t the case here, thanks for your time looking at it but next time consider asking... read more
If I could do zero I would. This was the worst experience I have had! He did work that was not authorized by me (oil change) was charges 138 dollars for it. Argued with me over it. Very unprofessional and this was the owner! Would not recommend! Most shady place! Mini the dealership was shocked that they worked on the car without approval!!!!
