I was greeted by a woman who was not friendly at all at the front desk. They’re always busy so I have never been able to actually get in for an oil change. Lube techs take too long. Customer service needs work and turn around time.
Zero stars if I could. Travelling fm NS. Stopped in for an oil change. They broke my hood latch cable.. saying you know your hood doesn't open. It did as I had brand new cable and handle replaced recently on it. Sorry is all they said. Now I have to fix it ..
Quick and complete service at a fair price.
History of using this place for my oil and tire change needs but never again. Service was always satisfactory and timely enough in the past. Never going again because of the blonde lady at the counter. You'll see other reviews about her rude customer service and they match my personal experience of two minutes of talking. Treated me like a fool for having follow up questions after she explained my tires were too worn out to go on again. Then abruptly called in the mechanic to explain again and walked off in a huff.
