We showed up 15 min before they close I know it's last minute but we were going to Niagara falls and really needed it. we were told to go somewhere else because they were closing soon . Every time I go to Canadian oil changers I never have a problem even last min it take 10-15 min so they would of had time. It was my first time and last time .

I was greeted by a woman who was not friendly at all at the front desk. They’re always busy so I have never been able to actually get in for an oil change. Lube techs take too long. Customer service needs work and turn around time.
Zero stars if I could. Travelling fm NS. Stopped in for an oil change. They broke my hood latch cable.. saying you know your hood doesn't open. It did as I had brand new cable and handle replaced recently on it. Sorry is all they said. Now I have to fix it ..
