The crew here always always make sure I am taken care of quickly and for the best price. I have gotten oil changes and tires here over the past few years. Last week, my van broke down on the side of the road and I wasn't sure where to tow my vehicle. I called at 6pm when they were closing and they answered the phone. They said I could have my vehicle towed there and called me by 9:30 am the next day with repairs and pricing ready. Found an oil change coupon for this shop and decided to give it a shot. Once I arrived I was hesitant to go in because it looked pretty dark inside and I wasn’t sure if I should park and go in or if I was going to get guided into the car bay like other shops. I decided to park up front and go in. Nice guy greeted me and checked me in. Took about 45 mins and didn’t have any issues. I would recommend this shop and will be going in there for future oil changes. Thanks guys
Mike. Your guy Dan is really something. Because of their miscommunication he is being rude to a customer? I wanted 2.tires only as what was quoted first. When I was picking up the car, 4 tires was installed. Gave me a hard time here in the shop. Its not even my fault 4 tires was installed. First he was forcing me to pay the 1100 and since i wont pay it because i didnt want 4 tires. He was saying they will remove the 2 tires and install my old CHEAP tires back. Great place and honest employees. Got outfitted with new Goodyear tires and Josh and Jeff were great. They were honest about the alignment and installation process. I would definitely recommend them if you need any car services or tires.
