I had our car scratches and a dent repainted, Excellent Body work. At the owner suggestion we got an oil change. This vehicle never leaked oil, clean driveway. After the oil change, oil spots in the drive! The mechanic over tightened the oil drain bolt so tight the alloy oil pan cracked and leaks. A common problem with getting your MB serviced at an independent garages. So says MBWorld.org Remedy = $550 for a new oil pan and 23 hours labor $5,500 to remove and replace the oil pan.
