One of the guys at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I got towed in with a broken down vehicle, I decided to go to the ford dealership just down the road and they treated me with respect and kindness on such a bad day. Cant say the same for this place unfortunately.
Had radiator and battery replaced, a tire repair, plus oil change. Service was prompt and thorough, and very fairly priced. Would highly recommend. Found Eldon to be very knowledgeable and courteous. Five stars for Auto Tech !
I'm updating my review to reflect the current status of the once great shop. I've heard a few complaints, but recently had my brother-in-laws tires almost fall off on the way home from the shop. (they were not torqued properly at all). Upon further inspection the new rotors were using the old locking screw and were exposed by almost 1/8 of an inch causing the rim to to wobble. After talking with the shop, they were not very kind and simply removed the locking screw. I'm not sure me or my family will be using them anymore. Sc... read more
