I am super unhappy with the service of this business when I left my truck for an inspection I got it back with a screw in the tire they seen it and they just put a little thing in the hole they did not patch it up properly and then later when I was driving on the highway I realized they unhooked my cruise control and did not put it back properly I will never be going back to this business it's not worth the risk
We were traveling through the area when out engine blew. Eldon fit us in, even working after hours to get a rebuilt engine in for us. With horrible luck, and a defective rebuilt that had arrived, he got it replaced and in for us. The rebuilt issues were bad luck on the rebuilt from the supplier. Eldon went above and beyond to do everything possible to get us on our way as quick as he could. Very impressed with the integrity and dedication shown here!
One of the guys at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I got towed in with a broken down vehicle, I decided to go to the ford dealership just down the road and they treated me with respect and kindness on such a bad day. Cant say the same for this place unfortunately.
Had radiator and battery replaced, a tire repair, plus oil change. Service was prompt and thorough, and very fairly priced. Would highly recommend. Found Eldon to be very knowledgeable and courteous. Five stars for Auto Tech !
I'm updating my review to reflect the current status of the once great shop. I've heard a few complaints, but recently had my brother-in-laws tires almost fall off on the way home from the shop. (they were not torqued properly at all). Upon further inspection the new rotors were using the old locking screw and were exposed by almost 1/8 of an inch causing the rim to to wobble.
