So I took my Jeep in a while ago. I told Elden I wanted him to diagnose the problem; he said he would. Then, a week later, he called saying my Jeep was ready. I went in, and he said it was $1600. I asked, "For what?" He said they replaced the alternator and starter and did an oil change. I said I only wanted him to find the problem. He said, "Well, we fixed it."
