Great customer service and trustworthy tech!
The alternator went on my 2007 Explorer on a Friday mid morning. I called several shops, but got the same answer, they couldn't work on it for at least 2 weeks. I call Mark at Auto Tech and he said bring it over I'll take care of it. Had the Explorer towed to Auto Tech, they diagnosed it was a bad alternator and said it would be done on Monday.
