I as a 69 year old woman, know nothing about the upkeep of cars, except keep the oil changed. The very nice knowledgeable, people at Auto Tech in Collinsville, are helping me with that. I trust them to not over charge me, and to advise me about procedures that need to be done to keep my older car running good. So happy I found this place.
This business seems to not want to do the right thing.
The owner of the establishment continues to ask for payment even after we stayed at that we have lost all trust in the establishment. As you can see from other reviews, the establishment is good at what they do. But several reviews also state the rare occasions when they do make a mistake. They are unwilling to admit fault. If they are willing to admit fault, it is not without the stipulation of potentially making a profit. I do not believe that this is a bad business, but I believe some of the practices are questionable.
