This business seems to not want to do the right thing.
The owner of the establishment continues to ask for payment even after we stayed at that we have lost all trust in the establishment. As you can see from other reviews, the establishment is good at what they do. But several reviews also state the rare occasions when they do make a mistake. They are unwilling to admit fault. If they are willing to admit fault, it is not without the stipulation of potentially making a profit. I do not believe that this is a bad business, but I believe some of the practices are questionable.

I have been using Auto Tech for the last year or so and have been very pleased! They are always upfront and honest, I love that they do local pick up and drop off, and pay over the phone so my car can get serviced while I’m at work and it’s all so convenient! They are always very kind and helpful, would highly recommend!
I first went to Auto Tech with business vehicles, then ended switching my personal mechanic to them because they are so great to work with. They are very dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reasonable (cost-wise). They are great to work with as far as scheduling and always go above and beyond. I plan to continue to use Auto Tech for my personal and professional vehicles.
Auto tech is great! I had problems with my car they took care of me and car had a loose connection in battery and belts needed to be replaced they took care of it very friendly knowledgeable and great pricing highly recommended best place in Martinsville
