I had a very disappointing experience with Autotec Customs in Surrey. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide the proper documentation I needed after the service. Their lack of communication and responsibility cost me *thousands of dollars* due to a mistake on their end. I expected a level of professionalism and follow-through that simply wasn’t there. I brought my truck in for a small task: loosening two big bolts. RK assessed the situation, understood my needs, and helped me quickly while showing genuine care for what I wanted. I've heard great things about their shop, and I can vouch that they truly care about their customers, even for small jobs. 10 out of 10!
