The owner, Gielermo, checked out the problem, showed me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. At first I thought the guy was crazy; only $85 to repair a muffler? Other places, like Midas in Watertown, told me that I had to replace the entire muffler system and it would cost nearly $400!
