Great service and finished much quicker then I anticipated, highly recommend!!
When my engine light came on and my car started shaking, I wasn’t sure if it was safe to drive. I called Mobile Mechanic right away. He quickly helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and even guided me through buying the right part at my local store and installing it myself. I really appreciate his honesty—he could have easily charged me for a service call, but instead, he chose to help me for free. He saved me both time and money. Highly recommended!
I was staying in Jersey for the week (I’m from NY) when I noticed coolant/ antifreeze leaking from my car ( acura rdx) I originally thought it was just a hose leak , but Damion came out fast, checked everything, and found out it was actually my radiator was bad. Life Saver! My car battery terminal needed to be replaced expeditiously. I called several mobile mechanics before him all had an excuse he was the only one who said he would be right there and it was 7am on Mother’s Day at that which speaks volumes on his loyalty to his customers and loyalty to his business! I'm surprised by all of the positive reviews. The person I spoke with over the phone was hostile and rude. Made a better choice by going to a more professional provider. Good luck. These reviews are more than likely fake. Look at the unprofessional response by the owner. Only a fool behaves in such a way.
