Just discovered this place. The one thing I would like to say is just how POLITE they are. Got a safety check. Been going to that other place in Kapaa for years now don’t want to say the name but if you’ve been there you know…. Auto surgeons act like they want to actually help me and like what they are doing,
I find that I connect better with family owned business. These guys are a well equipped shop and are great at what they do.
I am most Pleased with the service I received with Auto Surgeons! My old vehicle suddenly stopped running. I had it towed to the shop hoping they would have the expertise to get her running again as I do not have a second car and use this one daily. They discovered the issue my diagnostic equipment was unable to find and repaired her in within the same week (I am sure they are very busy)! I am soo Grateful and will bring my car to them with future issues and highly recommend their service!!
I Took my 2009 Nissan Frontier in as it had several issues and I also wanted to get ahead of any future problems. I had gotten an estimate elsewhere and Auto Surgeons were lower. I had also asked several friends who they trusted and they said Auto mechanics. I know now have a mechanic I can trust fully as I was completely satisfied with all of their work, my truck feels like new. Thanks so much!
I got a used car that kept having weird things go out, as well as the normal stuff. So I have been here a bunch of times for all my different repairs. There is never a line, they always pick up the phone, and you can usually get an appointment within a few days to a week ( except around holidays). I have always been greeted warmly, I’m always heard and my needs are met. Added bonus, no traffic and you can work out while you wait. Thanks for the great service guys🤙
