Always extremely helpful and efficient at a great price
Well, 3k they charged to fix a fuel issue, they took the parts they purchased for that money, returned the truck unfixed, and still had the Gaul to charge 3k for labour. Totally non compliant with consumer guarantees act. I'm disgusted they did this to my daughter and her boss. Totally DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE NON COMPLIANT SNAKES... Edit: I have emailed them, no reply. The email they included in their response is incorrect.
I think some better understanding of custoner needs, communication and rights is needed. I do not recommend.
