The receptionist was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The whole COF process was handled so smoothly without any delays, and I really appreciated how accurate the appointment time was.
Great service overall for my car WOF. The inspection was thorough and staff were professional and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
I walked in off the street while my tyres were getting done in bridgestone , the team was able to fit me in straight after and got my car up to WoF standard. that same afternoon i rang regarding my partners car and they towed it to the shop and have taken care of it for me. super thankful for the team and how nice everyone is and how affordable the prices are for fixes. thank you thank you!
The receptionist (Rebecca) and the serviceman both are rude, they don’t know how to talk, absolutely disaster and took ages to finish the paperwork after the COF
