Never take your vehicle here they waste your time. They have broken parts on my Mum's car and tried to say it was broken when the car arrived. Ordered half the parts and broken lights in her car and had the nerve to ring 30 minutes before closing to say that her car won't be ready. And they dont answer their phone with 25 minites left for the day. No loaner car with their mistakes made. Tomorrow will be 2 days no work for her. Absolutely crap service.
I found Super Auto Shoppe to be responsive and very helpful. They provided excellent customer service and didn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They are reasonably priced as well. A very happy customer here!
Did aload of work without permission. When I was given the bill the said I could pay if off weekly . I'll pay in full and never return. Installed new front shocks. My vehicle sounds terrible on speed bumps .
I normally swear by Auto Super Shoppe but Omahu has let us down. My son went for a warrant and failed on a few things, which I'm ok with because I want the safest for my children but only for them slap a warrent sticker on it without fixing everything they had failed it on. The shop had had the vehicle on multiple occasions and still couldn't supply the suitable parts.
