I write this review on behalf of my dear sister who has a disability and has been distraught since Saturday 30th November over Your mechanics substandard workmanship and refusal under your warranty to take her vehicle back and repair the damage caused by your mechanics doing or failure to find the fault he claimed to now see on the Saturday 30th November after her vehicle having returned to your workshop!. Best mechanic I have ever come across, very honest and do their jobs well.
Mayne were amazing helping me out with my car when it broke down. They kindly kept my car overnight and helped me arrange all I needed to get it sorted. Customer service went above and beyond.
I needed a service and a WOF done. The staff was very friendly and the replacement parts were replaced promptly and the pricing was reasonable. I was given a courtesy vehicle and my car was ready the next day. I will be using Mayne Auto in the future for all my vehicle service/WOF needs. Thanks :)
