My son purchased a Ute that has had problem after problem, but the team at Auto Super Shoppe have been amazing with their communication on what is wrong, availability of parts and time frames which enabled us to make informed decision on what to do when and in what order. I never felt like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes because I am a woman that doesn't understand cars, it was also very clear that safety was of the upmost importance to them.
Five-star experience! The customer service here is unmatched. They took the time to explain everything about my car in detail during a simple oil service. They even threw in a headlight restoration for free! If you’re looking for an honest, friendly, and detail-oriented shop, this is the place.
Excellent service and genuine support!!! Grant helped me when my work van broke down and immediately offered his own van while he fixed mine.
