Not happy. Had my Tiguan serviced here for many years and took it in to check a coolant issue yesterday. Was charged $90 for them to quote repairs and tell me they couldn’t actually do the work for st least 2 weeks (and not to drive it if possible). Disappointing to say the least.
Please ENSURE that your receptionist gets our contact details correct. Been waiting all day and luckily rang to have you say that you have left numerous messages for us. FIRST POINT OF CONTACT IN A BUSINESS IS ALWAYS THE MOST IMPORTANT. Now have to book it in again
They’re very friendly and get things done fast, event they know you only stay for shortens they still try their best
