The repair work carried out on my car was of a good standard, and I was happy with the quality of the repair. However, after the repair was completed, I called with a follow-up question regarding the service performed on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was treated in a rude and dismissive manner over the phone. The experience was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While I appreciate the quality of the repair work, the customer service I received afterwards did not meet the same standard.
Thank you to the team. Wonderful service transparent with costing upfront. Exceptional communication and explained everything that was needed. Would 100%recommend for honest service and repairs. Finally a company you can trust .
Beware of price gauging. Paid $680 ($505.25 Labour costs) for essentially an oil change, windscreen washer additive (oil filter change, if they actually did, it was replaced last year!) and a lot of bad news. I took the car in 8am this morning and was called at 1:30pm to advise the service and diagnostics have been done cost $680 But it needs more work to the tune of $4200-5000 and we can’t start this until next Monday.
