Came is because we were told we needed a transmission flush on our 2014. Got here for our 930 appointment and by 11 a.m. when we question how much longer it was going to take we were told that we need to let them do their job. Ended up they ran out of transmission fluid... if you were doing your job you would have the right supplies for an appointment. Then find out we r getting a drain because our car does t need a flush !! Bad business
