The service advisor Erika Bermudez and the mechanic Leonel are gave me the best service. In short I am happy to visit this Auto stop Arlington.
I was very impressed with their customer service. They were transparent with their pricing and very thorough with their inspection of the car. They also gave me good suggestions about what needed done now and what could wait so we could spread out the cost. You can tell they value treating their customers well above making money!
I brought my 2011 Honda accord in for an oil change and received excellent service from Erika!! I ended up having work done to correct for poor work done by a different auto shop, and Auto Stop was extremely thorough, reasonable, respectful and timely in their assessment.
