Omg I have never had better car service! Erika and Lucas took amazing care of me and my little Mariposa (2013 Honda Fit). They fit me in so quickly, had great customer service, and were incredibly professional. I will be going here for everything from now on!

Following my previous post, a posting critical of customer service at the Arlington facility, Mr. Dave Edwards, Auto Stop owner / proprietor called me directly. Oh my gosh, what amazing people. They fixed my car key fob in five minutes with such kindness and phenomenal customer service. They took the time to teach me how to get out the key and pry the fob case open myself properly (without breaking it, which had been my fear!) in case it had issues again in the future. I can't recommend them enough.
Calling ahead and making an 08:00 appointment, I had my vehicle there prior to doors open. My issue was a known one where I had a serpentine belt replaced a week earlier at home, 3 hours from Arlington. Leaving home to return to the NCR due to military orders, noise began from the belt replacement. Most likely a tensioner / pully that would need to be replaced.
