Their equipment will give false readings in order to try and sell you a new battery. The director of operations at Auto Stop basically said it was inadvertent. Very convenient for them. I'm still not convinced, but I have amended my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the director of operations was very professional and courteous when he reached out to me to try to resolve the issue.
My experience with Auto Stop was the best I’ve had since moving to the area. I’m careful about where I take my German car and have grown used to dealing with expensive dealerships that seem more interested in upselling than helping. Auto Stop was the complete opposite. I brought my car in with a known issue, and they quickly confirmed the problem, diagnosed it thoroughly, and completed the repair in a timely manner at a fair price. Alex and the team were awesome I told them I’m trying to sell my car soon and they fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try and upsell me on other things. Efficient and even offer ride services if you’re dropping off your car
