i have bought 2 vehicles from Auto Star now. they have always been so extremely helpful, professional, and extremely kind. I had boughten a toyota camry from them (totalled it 3 months later) and they helped me look for a new car, and immediately asked me if i was okay. When buying the new car, they did the brakes, oil change, cleaned it, made me a second key without me asking, (free of charge) since there wasn't a second one and picked up + installed all seasons as well as letting me keep the winters that were already on th... read more

They are very nice but they sold me a crap car. Clear they bought a cheap write off car at auction and tried to repair it. They did not do a good job. I had an alignment nearly right after purchase where they could not completely align it due to the strut and spindle. Now it is back in for those repairs, plus they found it needs a control arm and ball joint repair. Those were supposedly done. This is a safety issue and they should pay to repair it but is too late as they only back their “certified” cars 30 days or if you buy... read more
Great place to shop for used cars. The guys were honest and patient with all the questions I had. Did not feel pressured or hassled. Best car buying experience I’ve had.
