Horribly rude and not helpful in any way. Don't bother calling this guy. He only caters to shop mechanics that take advantage of people and refuses to answer simple questions. I was polite and just looking to buy parts calling for pricing and availability. We didn't even get that far as he chased a good customer away. I'll go elsewhere and forget about people like him. It's no wonder these type of places are going under. Customer service seems to escape them. A completely despicable excuse of a human being.
