Fantastic experience! After going to another shop that couldn't help us, Auto Spring got us in quickly and, most importantly, fixed the alignment issue on our 45' tag axle RV. What professional, competent and nice people!
Over charged. Charged me for a rear alignment & didn’t do. Mechanic told me there were mo adjustments. When I called to get taken care of, excuse was that my vehicle was on the rack for that amount of time. Don’t plan on waiting for your vehicle, even if they tell you to. Had 8:30 appt & was told I would be next in line. 1 1/2 hrs later, they moved another in front of me. Glad I don’t do business that way. The work is good, just don’t plan on waiting.
First time getting repairs done, the best I mean the best I ever been treated at a shop. No bull right to the point and excellent work and great prices. If you cannot give a great review to this place, there is no pleasing you. They did both of my semi tractors and wow. I am going back for work, Clark and Gena are the real deal
Called in for a quote January 2 was told they would get back to me. Today is the 14th and never heard a word back. Terrible business practices, but at least I learned that BEFORE I was a customer!
Don't go here ( Beware ) they will charge you for new parts ,and put old parts on your truck 4k for junk yard service spray painted shocks ,old ass tire rod just discussing experience!!!!!! 0 stars
