Andy has been great. Hassle free and quick to act. It was breeze getting a car from here and would definitely recommend. The service on delivery was aid excellent and a bottle of bubbly too.
Contacted Auto Sportiva and spoke to Tom who was very friendly, personable and happy to answer any questions I had, I visited their showroom a few days later and made my purchase. Tom was very professional throughout the whole process, communicating on WhatsApp to ensure all was clear and at no point pushy. Purchased 2021 Range Range Rover, on way home noticed car pulling to left, contacting straight away and agreed to have tracking done, After this did not resolve the issue they asked to take it back for tracking to be re-done, Tracking was NOT the issue and something more sinister, Spending £45k on a car which had a "Pre Pre-delivery Multipoint Mechanical Inspection" confirming it drove well The warranty they sell is absolutely useless as 6 separate garages including LR wouldn't deal with the warranty company. Just picked up my new car from Auto Sportiva. Car was beautifully presented in spotless condition. Salesman Tom Durham, was very helpful, explained everything to me. Had a test drive and was allowed to inspect the car at my own pace, was not pushy at all, which was nice and gave me time to decide. Good part ex price too. Car was ready for collection at arranged time and all went perfectly. An overall excellent purchase experience . I would recommend Aotu Sportiva
From start to finish, the guys at Auto Sportiva delivered a really excellent service. Their approach was polished, professional, and exactly in line with the high-service, prestigious style they’re known for. Jon was relaxed, very helpful and very experienced the price was realistic for the model. Attention to detail was great with some special touches like the friendly service, bottle of fizz and key ring all made for a great service.
