Very upset that I came to wash AND vacuum my car today. Paid my money, got the wash. I pull up to vacuum my car and an attendant comes over to inform me that the vacuums aren’t working. I was pretty furious because that was the main reason I came. It would be nice to let your customers know that upfront or put up a sign at the entrance. Who wants to wash their car at one place and then have to find another place to vacuum. Highly disappointed that I have a clean outside and not so clean inside.

Just got a new car for my daughter and on Monday afternoon I took it here to get a car wash, but the brushes broke my bumper grill and I reported it. Till this day and after a couple of voicemails, no one has returned my calls to fix this issue. Please be careful and patience when filling a claim with them, the Supervisor told me that he reported it and that Jeff will called me first thing Tuesday morning, but yet again nothing, think twice before cleaning your car here.
