Thanks for being honest. I had a problem with my truck, was reccomended to Auto Specialty by another business.( It had a check engine light on with several codes stored checked at Auto Zone and another business). I was told by other people it needed a couple of sensors and possibly a computer. I made an appoinment with Auto Specialty. I dropped the truck off and they called me a few hours later. really bad attitude to the customers We had a GMC SUV with engine problems several months ago. Our car was towed to this shop to repair. We called to ask how much it will be after their diagnostic, their said it may around 400 dollars or so. So then after two weeks, finally they finished the repair, and came a $1000 bill to us. We were stunned, coz we didn't expcet so expensive bill, plus they didn't even call us before they repair to let us know the price.
