We called this place because we heard they did e-bike repairs which was confirmed on the phone. We dropped off our bike on Monday and they said it would be ready in a couple of days. Tried calling after a few days... nobody would answer the phones so on Friday we went to see what was going on. Turns out that they not only did not fix our bike but their repair guy went on holiday or something and won't be back until the following week. Poor communication with the customer has cost us time and money and we still have a broken ... read more
